I learned that people from FEMA and the Florida state legislature read The Washington Post and then click on the Technorati link on whose blogs link to that particular article. I've gotten lots of hits just from linking to 2 articles yesterday.
Lesson learned: people all over the world fuck off at work, especially government workers.
